Dare 2 Care 4 Kids
Early Childhood Awareness

Who We Are

Dare to Care's beginning comes from the need to give early childhood educators and their families an open forum to discuss issues that concern the abuse of children's rights and the conditions of which they spend their day.

 THE MISSION

To protect the rights and dignity of young children through public awareness. To educate parents, early childhood educators, and the public about the components of quality childcare, warning signts in the childcare industry, and avenues to work for the betterment of the childcare industry.

THE PURPOSE

To educate through research and anonymous factual accounts from care providers and families affected by abuse in early childhood settings.

To share collected stories and information with parents, legislators, early childhood advocates, and the public.

To incite change for the children in our care and work to rid the system of those who not wish to do what is right for children.

THE CHALLENGE

To speak up for children's rights and the events they experience on a daily basis and to raise standards in the industry for children and the professionals that care for them.

"Few will have the greatness to bend history, but each of us can work to change a small portion of events and in the total of all those acts will be written the history of this generation."

Robert F. Kennedy
